We keep things simple, and aim to create a program that you can take with you virtually anywhere.

I believe effective training starts with education, intention, and adaptability. Each session is grounded in science and shaped by experience, drawing from my background as a:

  • Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) mobility specialist

  • PPSC Functional Kettlebell strength coach

  • MovNat natural movement trainer

  • Therapeutic yoga teacher

Who I Work With

I work with clients of all demographics and experience levels, but my specialty is supporting women and adults in their 40s through 70s who want an intelligent, accessible approach to strength and mobility.

My clients often share a common goal: to move well, stay active, and feel strong in their bodies, whether for fly fishing, hiking, travel, or simply enjoying daily life without pain or stiffness.
