My Approach

I believe the most effective training programs are built on education, intention, and adaptability. Every session is informed by both science and experience, drawing from my background as a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, PPSC Functional Kettlebell strength training, MovNat natural movement coach, and therapeutic yoga teacher.

Who I Work With

I have a particular focus on women’s health and training for adults ages 40-80, supporting clients through the unique physical changes that occur across life stages. My goal is to help you build sustainable strength, maintain mobility, and move through life with greater vitality and independence.
