Wade Well is a science based mind-body methodology specifically created to support fly anglers within their dynamic pursuits. We focus predominantly on joint strength and longevity, functional movement, standing balance, breath mechanics, sleep health and recovery work, and mindfulness technique within the context of angling. We’re interested in injury mitigation, chronic pain prevention, and healthy movement both on and off of the water.

Lindsay’s a certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, MovNat natural movement and strength coach, and a Myofascial Release specialist. Additionally, she’s formally trained within a wide variety of yoga and mindfulness methods, including Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindful Meditation. The Wade Well Method seamlessly integrates her comprehensive education and experience to offer unique and practical training and guidance.

Lindsay’s available for private instruction, regularly occurring classes, as well as small and large group gatherings. Her diverse experience emphasizes teaching within a wide range of settings, including boutique studios, corporate settings, lodges and outfitters, fly fishing schools, and outdoor education spaces. She frequently teaches the Wade Well method both in-person and in virtual settings, and oftentimes guest teaches in collaborative environments.
